As you can see from this newsletter, we’ve had a busy start to 2025. Whether it’s right here in our community or in the halls of Congress, it is always an honor to tell the Fort Knox story. We value every opportunity to highlight Fort Knox’s critical missions, its world-class ranges, and its leadership in energy resilience, as well as its tremendous economic impact on our region. Now more than ever, we think it’s critically important that stakeholders and decision-makers understand what sets Fort Knox apart and makes it ideal for additional growth.
We also never miss the chance to tell our community’s story – one of pride, patriotism, and unwavering support to military families. The strength of an installation is directly related to the support it receives from the local community. In our opinion, there isn’t a more supportive community than the Greater Fort Knox Region. Look no further than Hardin County Schools’ district-wide purple star designation.
At KRDA, we are constantly looking for ways the community can further enhance its support and welcome collaboration with any local business or organization to do so. Stay tuned for news of our annual Cadet Summer Training welcome campaign in partnership with the Radcliff Small Business Alliance and the Hardin and Meade County Chambers of Commerce.
Thanks to everyone who plays a role in helping us fulfill our mission, most especially those who support our capital campaign. It’s because of you that the KRDA team can be completely mission-focused and serve as a model for other defense community organizations. Have a great summer!
Warm Regards,
Board Chair
