After nearly 26 years of service to the nation, Lance O’Bryan retired from the US Army in 2024 and was selected to be KRDA’s President/Chief Executive Officer. O’Bryan’s Army career included multiple assignments at Fort Knox. He is the former Fort Knox Garrison Commander and also served at the US Army Human Resources Command and 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division.
In addition to his assignments at Fort Knox, O’Bryan has served in the Pacific and European theaters, and the Pentagon. He also deployed in support of combat operations to Iraq and Afghanistan.
I am passionate about Fort Knox. I know first-hand how important it is to our national defense and this region. There is no better installation and our community’s support is second to none.
