Maj. Gen. (Ret) Bill Barron served nearly four decades in the Army Reserve including serving as Commanding General of the 100 th Training Division. With a background in sales and marketing, his private sector career also centered around supporting soldiers and Fort Knox, first as the Executive Director of the Core Committee (KRDA’s predecessor), then by fundraising and launching KRDA and serving as its interim CEO. Maj. Gen. (Ret) Barron is also a long-time supporter of the Boy Scouts, spearheading an annual fundraiser that has raised millions.
