Mr. Jim M. Bradford

Mr. Bradford entered civilian federal service in 2019 after retiring from the U.S. Army after 29-years of service. While in uniform, Mr. Bradford served as an Infantry Officer in a variety of command and key staff positions leading organizations in Germany, South Korea, Hawaii, and in the Continental United States. Jim commanded and led organizations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, Macedonia, and Bosnia. Jim’s joint assignments include U.S. Pacific Command and the White House under President Clinton and President Bush. Mr. Bradford’s last active-duty assignment was Deputy Director, Installation Management Command Europe.
Mr. Bradford is a graduate of New Mexico Military Institute, the University of Texas, and Troy University. Jim holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public policy and strategic studies. His military education includes the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College, National Defense University, and the U.S. Air Force Air War College. Jim is a certified public administrator and a project management professional.
Mr. Bradford is married to Mrs. Daniele Bradford who is also a federal employee working as the Comptroller for V Corps. Jim and Daniele have college-age children.
