Summer in the Greater Fort Knox Region once again means a major influx of visitors as the installation hosts the Army’s largest annual training event, Cadet Summer Training (CST). The military cadre and staff supporting CST, combined with college ROTC cadets from across the nation and their families who come to visit and see their cadets graduate, account for more than 14,000 visitors.
The public is also welcome to attend the graduation ceremonies. Simply pre-register online for a five-day gate pass, then show your REAL ID* and the text message confirming your pass approval at the gate. Prepare to be inspired as 600 future Army leaders stand in formation and march across the parade field accompanied by an Army band. Visitors will also witness cannon fire and hear remarks from one of the Army’s senior leaders.
Please remember that increased traffic on post is expected, especially on dates when CST Family Days and graduation ceremonies are hosted. Everyone is asked to exercise patience and plan accordingly for longer-than-normal wait times at the entrance gates.

Advanced Camp Graduation Dates
- 1st Regiment: Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 2nd Regiment: Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 3rd Regiment: Monday, July 13, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 4th Regiment: Friday, July 17, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 5th Regiment: Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 6th Regiment: Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 7th Regiment: Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 8th Regiment: Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 9th Regiment: Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 8 a.m.
Basic Camp Graduation Dates
- 1st Regiment: Monday, July 27, 2026, at 8 a.m.
- 2nd Regiment: Friday, July 31, 2026, at 8 a.m.
